1. GENERAL

1.1 General Terms and Conditions: These General Terms and Conditions, hereinafter referred to as the "General Terms of Use" or "General Terms," govern the use of SKY CARS LEICESTER's Website and online Booking Services via the Platform.

1.2 Licensed Operator: We are SKY CARS LEICESTER, proudly licensed by the Leicester City Council as a private hire operator 'PHO' under License Number PHO0033. This license authorises us to accept private hire bookings and dispatch vehicles in full compliance with the Licensing Act.

1.3 Acceptance of Terms: By accessing this website, you are deemed to fully accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with all the terms and conditions outlined on this page, please refrain from using SKY CARS LEICESTER's website. This Agreement, referred to as the "Agreement," becomes legally binding for both the Company and the Internet User, hereinafter referred to as the "Parties," upon the User's initial use of transportation services, hereinafter referred to as "Services."

1.4 Terminology: In these Terms and Conditions, as well as in the Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any Agreements: "Client," "Customer," "Visitor," "User," "They," "You" and "Your" refer to the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms and conditions. "The Company," "Ourselves," "We," "Our," and "Us" refer to our Company. "Party," "Parties," or "Us" refer to both the Client and ourselves or either the Client or ourselves. SKY CARS LEICESTER operates and manages the online booking platform under the trade brand name "SKY CARS LEICESTER" (hereafter referred to as the "Platform"), through which Users book transfer services as defined herein (hereinafter "Transfer Services") operated by drivers of Private and Public Use Vehicles who have an Account in the Platform, hereinafter referred to as the "Supplier," "Provider," "Carriers," and "Driver." Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization, and/or he/she or they is interchangeable and refers to the same.

1.5 General Terms of Use: These General Terms of Use of the Platform, Website, and the Service, hereinafter referred to as "Terms of Use" or "General Terms of Use," constitute legally binding terms and conditions for Your access and use of the Platform and the Service. This includes the use of software, services, features, functions, content, website(s), hyperlinks, and any other applications provided by the Company in the Platform and/or the Service from time to time.

1.6 Review of Terms: Before using the Platform and the Service, it is advisable to thoroughly read these Terms of Use. By using the Platform, you confirm that you have reviewed, understood, and unconditionally accepted these General Terms of Use without any reservations or limitations. You acknowledge that you are bound by them.

1.7 Changes to Terms: The Company reserves the right to change, delete, amend, renew, or modify these Terms of Use, its Policies, the Service, the Technical Specifications of the Platform, or other changes at its sole discretion or as required by law, possibly without prior notice or consent. The Company also reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or terminate the Service, revoke or customize the Platform, or certain features without justification or prior notice. Users are solely responsible for their use of the Platform and the Service.

1.8 Acceptance of Changes: Revised versions of these Terms of Use become effective when posted on the Site airporttaxisleicester.co.uk. By continuing to use the Service, you confirm your acceptance of the revised General Terms and Conditions. Review these Terms of Use frequently to ensure understanding. Changes do not apply to bookings or transactions made before their entry into force and acceptance by our Company.

1.9 Clarifications: For clarification or inquiries regarding changes or disputes related to these Changes, contact SKY CARS LEICESTER Help Center. Any information from the Help Center regarding Terms of Use is provided for assistance purposes only and does not modify these Terms of Use. User actions following changes are considered unconditional acceptance.

1.10 Declaration of Lawful Age: By accepting these Terms of Use, Users (including Authorised Users) declare that they have the legal age required to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions and have obtained all necessary approvals and licenses for platform registration and Service use.

2. TRAVELLER CANCELLATION REQUEST POLICY

The SKY CARS LEICESTER Change Request Policy allows customers to make changes to their booking details. If you need to make changes or have inquiries, you can use the "contact us" option to get in touch with our customer service team. We are here to assist you with any questions or modifications you may need regarding your booking or service. Feel free to reach out for assistance.

2.1 CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

We understand that plans can change, and we offer a flexible cancellation policy for booking cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. To cancel a trip, please log in to your SKY CARS LEICESTER private account and follow the manual cancellation process. In the event of a cancellation, your rights and entitlements are outlined as follows:

  • If you would like to cancel your upcoming trip and receive a refund, please request the cancellation at least 24+ hours before the scheduled pickup time. Kindly visit SKY CARS LEICESTER “Contact Us” page to submit a cancellation request of your upcoming trip and receive a full refund. Our support team will process your refund to your payment card within 2-5 working days.
  • Please note, that all cancellations are subject to a 2% PROCESSING FEE.
  • IMPORTANT NOTE: In the case of cancellations less then 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time, these will be non-refundable for any reason.
2.2 COMPLIMENTARY WAITING TIME POLICY

It appears that SKY CARS LEICESTER has a complimentary waiting time policy based on the type of transfer you've booked.

You must arrive on time for your scheduled pickup, or the No-Show Policy may be applied.

Here's a summary of the key points:

Complimentary Waiting Time:

  • Airport: 60 minutes after flight arrival or scheduled pickup time (Driver contacts after 45 minutes).
  • Port, Train Station, Bus Station: 30 minutes (Driver contacts after 15 minutes).
  • Other Pickup: 15 minutes (Driver contacts after 5 minutes).

We strongly recommend that passengers plan to arrive at the airport at least two hours before their flight's scheduled departure time, accounting for possible unexpected delays during their journey to or from the airport. Should passengers fail to allow this two-hour check-in window and subsequently miss their flight, SKY CARS LEICESTER cannot be held liable.

While passengers have the option to arrange arrival at the airport with less than a two-hour buffer, it is essential to understand that SKY CARS LEICESTER bears no responsibility for missed flights resulting from such choices.

We advise all passengers to secure comprehensive travel insurance prior to making their bookings. This ensures coverage for any unforeseen circumstances during their travel.

Additional Key Points:

  • Missed flights / Drop-Offs: SKY CARS LEICESTER does not accept any responsibility for missed flights, irrespective of the cause, such as traffic delays, accidents, vehicle breakdowns, fuel shortage, severe weather conditions, or unforeseen events.
  • Safe Driving Practices: The driver will drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic and the legal speed limits.
  • Missed Flights / Pickups: If you have missed your flight, it is imperative that you promptly inform us via email or telephone. This allows us to notify the driver and prevent them from entering the airport for the pickup. Please note that if the journey was prepaid, you will not be eligible for any refund in such a situation.

If you have missed your flight and wanted to book for a later flight, you'll need to make a new booking at full cost.

  • Delayed Flight: If your plane is delayed and expected to arrive later than the scheduled pickup time, contact your driver to see if they can accommodate the change. If your flight is delayed more than 6 hours, the transfer will be cancelled and fully refunded. SKY CARS LEICESTER is not liable for flight delays, missed connections, or circumstances beyond their control. They can't guarantee waiting beyond the free waiting time.
  • Early Arrival: If your flight arrives early, the pickup time remains the same. You can contact your driver to arrange an earlier pickup within their availability.
  • Group Transfers: For group transfers with travellers from multiple flights, it's recommended to use the arrival time of the last flight, as the complimentary waiting time starts from the indicated pickup time.

Remember to arrive on time or communicate with your driver if there are delays to ensure a smooth transfer.

2.3 EXTRA WAITING TIME POLICY

The Extra Waiting Time Policy by SKY CARS LEICESTER allows passengers to request their driver to wait for them beyond the complimentary waiting time, for an additional charge. This request should ideally be made in advance, and you can contact your assigned driver via the provided phone number in your confirmation email. If both parties agree, and the driver has availability, the extra waiting time can be arranged with agreed-upon charges.

The charges are £15 for the first 20 minutes and £1 for each additional minute of waiting. Payment for this extra waiting time should be settled directly between the driver and the client.

2.4 ADDITIONAL DROP-OFFS AND PICKUPS

For additional drop-offs and pickups, there will be a charge of £2.00 per mile, with a minimum fee of £5.00 per diversion. This policy outlines the cost associated with making extra stops during the taxi service. 15 minutes grace period is allowed at additional stops.

2.5 TRAVELLER NO-SHOW POLICY

The Traveller No-Show “TNS” Policy is in effect when a traveller doesn't arrive at the pickup location by the end of the complimentary waiting time and doesn't respond to the provider's attempts to contact them. This policy is designed to manage situations where travellers fail to show up for their scheduled pickup. It's clear that the pickup location is where a traveller requests to be picked up. For airport/port pickups, SKY CARS LEICESTER provides information on designated pickup locations and meeting points in the confirmation email. If a traveller doesn't arrive at the pickup location on time and fails to contact the assigned driver for extra waiting time, it results in the transfer being marked as a "traveller No Show" as per your policy. It's important to note that in the scenario of a traveller No Show (TNS), a refund won't be provided. Additionally, if a traveller has an agreed-upon waiting time as per the Extra Waiting Time Policy, they are responsible for covering those expenses.

The assigned taxi driver will attempt to contact them through phone, text message, or WhatsApp when a traveller doesn't appear at the pickup location at the scheduled time.

In this scenario, your taxi driver may report a potential traveller No-Show to SKY CARS LEICESTER at these specified times:

  • For Port, Train Station, and Bus Station pickups: a TNS will be reported if the traveller is 15 minutes late to appear at the pickup location after the scheduled pickup time.
  • For Airport Pickups: a TNS will be reported if the traveller is 45 minutes late to appear at the pickup location after the scheduled pickup time.
  • For other Transport Services: a TNS will be reported if the traveller is 10 minutes late to appear at the pickup location after the scheduled pickup time.

These guidelines help ensure efficient and timely transportation services for all traveller's.

Your designated driver will make ongoing efforts to contact you and locate your position throughout the duration of your complimentary waiting period. After your complimentary waiting time expires, the following actions take place:

  • Failure to respond or appear for your transfer will result in a traveller No-Show status.
  • If you've been contacted and expect to reach the pickup location within the designated waiting time, please inform your assigned driver directly.
  • If you have been contacted and require additional waiting time, please reach out to your assigned driver directly to arrange it. Please keep in mind that if you request extra waiting time less than 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up, we cannot guarantee the driver's availability for such a request.

Customers are given a 48-hour window to dispute a traveller No-Show. To initiate a dispute, they should contact our support team. It's important to note that providing evidence of attempts to contact the assigned driver and/or SKY CARS LEICESTER Support is required, such as a screenshot of a call or text message. If the investigation concludes that the transfer was not fulfilled, a full refund will be issued. However, if SKY CARS LEICESTER is notified of a TNS more than 7 days after the scheduled transfer, no investigation will be conducted, and a refund will not be provided.

2.5b INVESTIGATION PROCESS

By using SKY CARS LEICESTER's services, the user hereby voluntarily waives any entitlement to request or receive the evidence gathered by SKY CARS LEICESTER in relation to any disputes. SKY CARS LEICESTER is not obligated to furnish such evidence to the user. The user acknowledges and consents that this restriction on their rights constitutes a significant component of their agreement with SKY CARS LEICESTER.

2.6 DRIVER NO-SHOW POLICY

SKY CARS LEICESTER's service providers are expected to be punctual at the pickup location. If the driver anticipates being 15 minutes late, they are required to promptly notify the client via either a phone call or a text message. Should the SKY CARS LEICESTER taxi provider experience a delay exceeding 15 minutes, they will also contact you and apprise you of the expected delay. If the driver is delayed by more than 30 minutes, the client is entitled to book an alternative taxi and receive a full refund. However, should you, at your own discretion, choose to proceed with the trip after the driver arrives more than 15 minutes from the agreed-upon time, you will not be eligible for a refund in such circumstances.

Clients have a window of 7 days to report a Driver's No-show or to file a complaint.

In such circumstances, our team will initiate an investigation. If the provider's no-show is substantiated, the client will receive a complete refund. In instances where a provider is unable to fulfil additional services, the client will be reimbursed for the amount paid.

However, if the client reports a driver's no-show or files a complaint with SKY CARS LEICESTER more than 7 days after the scheduled transfer, an investigation will not be conducted, and a refund will not be processed.

2.7 CHILDREN TRAVELLING POLICY

For children's seats, national and international rules apply, which may vary from country to country. Following applies to all children travelling with SKY CARS LEICESTER:

  • Child Seats: Please note that for health and safety reasons, we do not provide child seats as part of our service. We strongly recommend that customers provide their own child seats, which we will store safely until their return trip with us. For this service, there is an additional fee of £10, payable directly to the driver. Payment can be made in cash or by card over the phone.
  • Child Passenger Safety Regulations: All children under 12 years of age must be seated in the rear of the vehicle and wear the provided seatbelt. Children aged 3 or under MUST always be seated on a belted adult's lap if a child's seat is not available. The driver is responsible for ensuring seatbelt use for children aged 14 and under. If a child refuses to wear a seatbelt, the driver may refuse travel.

It is the primary passenger's sole responsibility to ensure that the child seats used comply with the necessary requirements and that they are correctly and securely installed. As a transportation company, we do not assume responsibility for the use, inspection, or installation of the specific child seat in question.

Ensuring the safety of your children during travel is of utmost importance to us, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

2.8 BAGGAGE ALLOWANCE POLICY

The suitcase signs displayed for each vehicle indicate the maximum standard luggage capacity on board. If you plan to bring non-standard luggage, please utilise the Extra Luggage Option in the personalised transfer section.

When making a reservation with SKY CARS LEICESTER services, it's essential to manually add the number of luggage pieces you will have.

In the event you're transporting additional items like pet carriers, baby carriages, wheelchairs, sports equipment, etc., each piece of luggage must be declared. SKY CARS LEICESTER or the assigned driver may reach out if there are any questions or need for clarification. It's crucial to provide the accurate number of luggage pieces during your booking to ensure the appropriate vehicle type is assigned for a safe transfer from point A to point B.

If you end up with more luggage than declared, then your assigned taxi driver can't accommodate the excess, the driver will only carry the passengers and luggage as declared in the transfer booking. Please note that the driver has the right to refuse any transfer if the vehicle class does not match the declared number of luggage, following SKY CARS LEICESTER's policy.

3. USER'S REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

The User makes the following warranties:

  • Compliance with this agreement is in accordance with the law.
  • The User confirms that they have carefully read and fully understood this agreement.
  • The User is in compliance with the terms of this agreement.
  • When entering into this Agreement, the User has not based their decision on any representation, warranty, statement, undertaking, or conduct other than what is expressly provided in this Agreement.
  • The User possesses the authority and capability to adhere to this agreement.
  • Information provided by the User is accurate and valid.
  • The User acknowledges that when the company enters into this agreement with them, it relies on the representations and warranties outlined in this clause.

4. PAYMENT

4.1 Booking Confirmation: Once you have confirmed your booking on the payment screen, it cannot be cancelled or modified, except as outlined in clause 2 of these Terms.

4.2 Additional Charges: Payment covers the basic fare and does not include any additional requests such as child seats. If you fail to specify extra luggage requirements during booking, which necessitates a larger vehicle, additional charges may apply. These charges must be settled directly with the driver or through card payment with us. Should you wish to tip the MiniCab driver, you may do so at your discretion directly.

4.3 Cash Payments Disclaimer: SKY CARS LEICESTER does not provide warranties for payments made directly to the driver with cash.

4.4 Additional drop-offs/pickups: For additional drop-offs and pickups we charge of £2.00 per mile, with a minimum fee of £5.00 per diversion. This cost is for making extra stops during the taxi service. 15 minutes grace period is allowed at additional stops.

4.5 Card Payment Decline: If, for any reason, your card payment is declined by your card issuer, SKY CARS LEICESTER will be unable to fulfill your booking.

4.6 Payment by Card: When selecting the 'Pay by Card' option, you agree to pay the fare at the time of booking. SKY CARS LEICESTER is authorized to collect all fees for the scheduled trip from you.

4.7 Deviations from Route: Any deviations from the initially specified route may result in additional charges imposed by the driver, which should be paid directly to the driver.

4.8 Card Type and Charges: We accept all major debit and credit cards, including Amex at no extra charge. However, card charges are non-refundable for booking cancellations.

4.9 Payment by Cash: When opting for the 'Pay by Cash' option and making a deposit payment, you agree to settle the remaining fare directly with our driver.

4.10 Payment Receipt: SKY CARS LEICESTER will issue you a payment receipt via email to the address registered with your booking.

5. LIABILITIES, LIMITATIONS AND WARRANTY

5.1 Acknowledgment of Private Hire Arrangement: You agree and acknowledge that SKY CAR LEICESTER functions as the private hire operator or as an agent on behalf of the driver. While we will make every effort to assist with any complaints you may have regarding the driver's services, any legal actions or remedies you pursue will be directed against the driver, not against SKY CARS LEICESTER.

5.2 Driver's Licensing Warranty: The driver has provided a warranty to SKY CARS LEICESTER regarding their licensing by the appropriate Licensing Authority(ies). It is important to note that this does not independently verify this warranty. If you have any doubts or concerns, we strongly recommend contacting the Local Licensing Authority and conducting your own verification.

5.3 Limitation of Liability: SKY CARS LEICESTER's aggregate liability concerning these Terms and any related matters, including claims arising from contract or tort, shall be capped at £500.

5.4 Disclaimer of Liability: SKY CARS LEICESTER disclaims all liability for any losses incurred or suffered by you or any other party, including but not limited to losses arising from:

  • Inaccuracies in the information provided by the user.
  • Malfunctions or breakdowns of software used by SKY CARS LEICESTER.
  • Loss, disclosure, or destruction of the User's account, password, or other data.
  • Transaction failures that may occur during online payments.
  • Failure of the Service to meet specific requirements or purposes.
  • Events such as wars, fires, industrial or trade disputes, typhoons, lightning, floods, or other natural disasters.

5.5 Limitation of Damages: SKY CARS LEICESTER shall not be liable for any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or property damage arising from or related to the provision of the Service, even in cases of negligence on the part of the Company. This limitation applies regardless of whether the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5.6 Termination: SKY CARS LEICESTER reserves the right to refuse or terminate any booking immediately if it places any driver or vehicle at risk of damage, violence, or abuse by you or any passenger in your party. We will request all passengers to vacate the vehicle as soon as it is safe to do so. No refunds will be provided if the journey is terminated partway through the hire.

5.7 Additional Disclaimers: SKY CARS LEICESTER is not responsible for damages or losses resulting from:

  • Inability to access or use the service.
  • Any transaction between the User and any Carrier, even if the Company has notified you of such potential damages. SKY CARS LEICESTER shall not be liable for failures in performance due to causes beyond its reasonable control. Users should be aware that some carriers may offer multi-passenger vehicle sharing services and may not hold licenses for transfer services.

5.8 Car Accidents and Injuries: SKY CARS LEICESTER does not accept any liability for missed flights, irrespective of the cause, such as traffic delays, accidents, deaths, injuries, fuel shortage, vehicle breakdowns, severe weather conditions, or unforeseen events that may occur on the road.

5.9 Breakdown Contingency Plan: If the car breaks down during your journey SKY CARS LEICESTER will try to arrange an alternative car to complete the journey as soon as practicable.

5.10 Subcontracting: SKY CARS LEICESTER is a licensed Private Hire Operator or Agent of the driver are reserve the right to subcontract bookings to another private hire operator when necessary.

5.11 Liability Cap: In accordance with these terms and conditions, SKY CARS LEICESTER's total liability arising from or in relation to the provision of our services to customers shall be limited to a maximum of £100. In cases involving lost or damaged Goods, including relevant luggage of Customers travelling in Passenger Vehicles, the Company's liability shall be capped at £100 unless the Customer has previously informed the Company of Goods exceeding a value of £100, and the Company has granted written approval to assume responsibility for repairing or replacing the Goods at a higher value. In such instances, the Customer shall indemnify the Company against any claims from Passengers seeking compensation exceeding these specified limits.

SKY CARS LEICESTER retains the right to request reasonable supporting evidence, such as phone records or similar documentation, in cases where a refund or discount is requested.

5.12 Item Value Limit: The driver is prohibited from transporting items such as money, securities, antiques, precious metals, furs, jewelry, or any goods or property (regardless of type) with an intrinsic value exceeding £100.

5.13 Vehicle or Chauffeur Changes: We retain the right to change your vehicle or chauffeur at any time if it becomes necessary.

5.14 Indemnification and Liability for Passenger Actions: You shall indemnify SKY CARS LEICESTER against all losses, costs, damages, and expenses arising from any act or omission of any passenger in your party. Neither party excludes or limits its liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for willful default or fraudulent misrepresentation, or in any manner prohibited by applicable law.

5.15 Luggage and Personal Items: Passengers are responsible for their luggage and personal items at all times. It is their duty to ensure that these items are loaded into the vehicle before the service begins and unloaded upon service completion. SKY CARS LEICESTER will not be held responsible for any loss or damage to luggage and personal items, nor any consequential losses resulting from items not being loaded or unloaded from the passenger vehicle.

5.16 Lost Property: SKY CARS LEICESTER maintains a lost property record at our office at 25 holderness road, Leicester, LE4 2LQ, and we will make every effort to return any lost goods left in our vehicles or subcontracted vehicles to the customer. Please note that legal documents should be reviewed by a legal professional to ensure they meet all necessary legal requirements and are compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

6. BEHAVIOUR

At SKY CARS LEICESTER, we are committed to providing safe and comfortable transportation to all our passengers. To ensure a pleasant experience for everyone, we kindly request that all passengers adhere to the following customer behaviour guidelines:

  • Respect for Drivers: Treat our drivers with courtesy and respect. They are here to provide you with a safe and efficient ride.
  • Customer Responsibility: Customers are accountable for any damage they may cause to the interior or exterior of a hired vehicle. In such cases, they will be billed for any necessary repairs or cleaning to restore the vehicle to its working condition. Additionally, any resulting loss of business for the driver due to the vehicle being out of service will also be billed.
  • Timeliness: Please be punctual for your scheduled pick-up time. Delays can affect other passengers and cause inconvenience.
  • Seat Belts: For your safety, we require all passengers to wear seat belts during the entire journey. Child passengers must be secured in appropriate child seats.
  • Cleanliness: Keep the vehicle clean and free from any excessive dirt or debris. Do not leave behind trash or items that could inconvenience the next passenger.
  • Eating: Before consuming any food in the taxi, kindly seek the driver's permission. Eating in the car is only allowed with the driver's consent.
  • No Smoking: Smoking including e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited in our vehicles. Please refrain from smoking during the ride.
  • No Alcohol or Drugs: The consumption of alcohol or illegal substances is not allowed in our vehicles. SKY CARS LEICESTER and its chauffeurs have the right to refuse service to any passenger suspected of being under the influence of alcohol or drugs, whose behaviour poses a threat to the Chauffeur, the vehicle, or other passengers.
  • Luggage: Handle your luggage carefully, and ensure it does not damage the vehicle. We recommend notifying us in advance if you have oversized or excessive luggage.
  • Noise Levels: Please keep noise levels to a minimum to ensure a peaceful environment for all passengers. Use headphones for electronic devices.
  • Personal Conduct: Engage in polite and appropriate conversation. Offensive or disruptive behavior towards other passengers or the driver will not be tolerated.
  • Payment: Payment should be made promptly and as agreed upon. Please respect our payment policies.
  • Compliance with Laws: All passengers must comply with local laws and regulations throughout the journey.

Failure to comply with this Customer Behaviour Policy may result in termination of the ride without refund and may also lead to being banned from future services with SKY CARS LEICESTER.

We aim to create a safe and comfortable environment for all our passengers. Your cooperation in adhering to these guidelines is greatly appreciated.

7. COPYRIGHT

Please be aware that SKY CARS LEICESTER is the sole owner of all Intellectual Property Rights associated with the Platform. SKY CARS LEICESTER also ensures users' access rights to the service and grants them permission to use the Service in accordance with the present Terms of Use, which is herein referred to as the 'License.' Any restrictions or limitations on this license are detailed in the ACCEPTABLE USE OF THE PLATFORM POLICY of the Platform.

12.1 Driver Allocation and Legal Responsibilities: You agree and acknowledge that SKY CARS LEICESTER as Private Hire Operator/Agent allocate and dispatch drivers, which are independent self-employed private hire drivers, fully licensed by the Local Authority and are fully insured to carry passengers. While we will make every effort to assist with any complaints you may have regarding the driver's services, any legal actions or remedies you pursue will be directed against the driver, not against SKY CARS LEICESTER.

14.10 Wedding Bookings: We do not accept online bookings for wedding journeys. Weddings are a specialised booking, and we kindly request that you contact our office to discuss and secure your wedding journeys.

14.11 Special Event Rates: Major sporting events such as Wimbledon and Ascot are subject to premium rates. Consequently, online bookings for these events may not be valid.

14.12 Punctual Arrival Efforts: SKY CARS LEICESTER will make every effort to ensure that our vehicles or subcontracted vehicles arrive on time. However, it is the Customer's responsibility to allocate sufficient time for the service's completion. While we provide advice on journey times in good faith, we cannot guarantee the completion of any journey within a specific timeframe.
