Great experience. Booking process was smooth and straightforward for a pickup to East Midlands Airport. The night before I received a text from our driver confirming pick-up time and location. And again, after our 2 week holiday another text confirming time and location. We had an early flight, landing at 2am and also a bit of a delay, but our driver was there ready and waiting - Thank you Abdul. I will be using again!

We booked a return transfer to and from Birmingham Airport. The whole booking process was extremely easy and my questions were answered very quickly via email. Communication was good, with confirmation the day before travel with driver and vehicle details. Rafik, our driver was excellent, so friendly and helpful and made the stress of travelling disappear. If I could give 10 stars I would... Sandip, our driver, arrived at our pickup on the dot. Even with all the road closures he still got us to Birmingham International with time to spare. On the way back, I had made a mistake and booked for collection at Spanish time so we arrived an hour earlier, I rang Sandip, who we were told would collect us, and he was with us within minutes. We were treated with courtesy, the car was lovely and comfy and clean and it was a lovely beginning and end to our hols.

We booked a return trip to Heathrow Airport for 4 adults and 2 children with 'meet and greet' on return and storage of 2 child car seats during our holiday. Our driver Asif arrived exactly on time, was courteous and polite and was also a careful, considerate driver which was important for us travelling with 2 infants. On the return journey Asif was there at the airport to meet us (as per meet and greet arrangements). We would not hesitate to book Sky Cars again and would recommend them to anyone needing airport transportation. Thanks Asif for making our journeys stress-free! (please note this is an almost exact copy of my feedback from our last trip which is deliberate because Sky Cars/Asif provided the same great service once again!

Booking was very easy and prices competitive. Drive and car confirmed before collecting us. Driver was so very lovely too and polite. Tha car itself a Mercedes Benz V class was all trimmed up with lights in ceiling and there was water in back too. My granddaughter felt a bit sick and the driver even had sick bags. So impressive. I can't recommend Sky Cars enough. From easy booking, detailed communication from both the company and then from the taxi driver on both collections. Sky Cars were very helpful in adding a pickup enroute to make our very early start easier and again, confirmed this all in emails and text. The driver was friendly, professional and very importantly punctual. We were sent an upgraded vehicle for 6 of our family to travel to Luton Airport from Leicester which was a lovely surprise and made for a very comfortable journey. We will definitely be using Sky Cars again and recommending them to others.

Sky Cars exceeded expectations, transforming a simple taxi ride into a professional experience. 1st leg of return journey to Heathrow Airport. Was emailing back and forth during booking process with a gentleman called Sachin, who couldn't be any more helpful, friendly, patient or polite. I was greeted by my driver Raza, who was ten minutes early and was dressed smartly in a suit. He proceeded to put all our bags and cases in the boot and it was a very pleasant journey to the airport hotel where he stopped right outside and again helped with our luggage. Excellent service which I'm expecting will be the same on the return leg, couldn't recommend highly enough, very professional and friendly company.

We used Sky Cars for a return trip to/from Birmingham airport, five days apart. Raza, our driver, arrived a little prior to the time booked on the outward trip, which was ideal. The drive was good and he is a very polite and helpful gentleman who loaded the cases into the car for us. He was dressed very smartly; a great first impression. The return trip had a hurdle, in that our flight was cancelled and rebooked with another airline at a later time. I simply texted Raza and he adjusted his arrival time at the airport. He arrived in plenty of time, kept in communication with us as to where to locate him in the car park and even came into the airport in the pouring rain to help us with our suitcase, holding an umbrella over us to the car. Another good drive home. A great experience. Would use Sky Cars again.

The service I received from Airport Taxis Leicester was excellent. It was a return journey to and from Stansted and Abdul was the driver on both occasions. The communication was very good with booking it via the office and also with Abdul. He was a punctual, calm, exemplary driver and was friendly and helpful in his manner. The car was immaculate and very comfortable. The meet and greet worked very well with timely and helpful communication between us. I had used Sky Cars in Sept 2024 when I was impressed by the high level of service offered by Abdul and Airport Taxis Leicester. This time the standard of service was equally as good.

The service I received from Airport Taxis Leicester was excellent . It was a return journey to and from Heathrow and Abdul was the driver on both occasions. The communication was very good with booking it via the office and also with Abdul . He was a punctual, calm, exemplary driver and was friendly and helpful in his manner. I had a slight delay getting through Heathrow on the way back but Abdul kept in touch and was there to meet and greet me at the appropriate moment without me worrying about the alteration in time. I was impressed by the high level of service offered by Abdul and Airport Taxis Leicester.

I travel monthly with work and had a poor experience with the previous taxi company I used. So, I decided to try Sky Cars as the reviews looked great, and I wasn't disappointed. Abdul, my driver, arrived on time, he was smartly dressed and his car immaculate. He dropped me off right outside arrivals, saving me the 10 min walk from the short stay car park. On return, he was there as soon as I came back through arrivals and carried my luggage back to the car for me. Abdul was polite and professional, a real credit to your company. This was the first time using Airport Taxis Leicester, after previously having a bad experience with another company. My driver Abdul was fantastic. He arrived on time, his car was immaculate and he was very smartly dressed. He dropped me off right outside departures, saving me the 5 minute walk. He was also there to collect me on my return. I didn’t have to wait around as he was there as soon as I came through arrivals. He carried my suitcase and laptop bag to the car. I have been so impressed with the service and would highly recommend them. I travel monthly for work and I know that they will now be the company of my choice every time! We booked a return trip to Birmingham Airport for 4 adults and 2 children with 'meet and greet' on return and storage of 2 child car seats during our holiday. Our driver Asif arrived exactly on time, was courteous and polite and was also a careful, considerate driver which was important for us travelling with 2 infants. On the return journey Asif was there at the airport to meet us (as per meet and greet arrangements). Easy to book on line, fee was as expected for a trip to East Midlands airport with all add ins such as drop off fee included. Details of driver and his car sent via email and text which was really useful as it was chaos when we arrived at the drop off point at 1am along with 3 other flights. Driver in contact as soon as we landed and arrived just after we cleared security etc. would use again.
