I travel monthly with work and had a poor experience with the previous taxi company I used. So, I decided to try Sky Cars as the reviews looked great, and I wasn't disappointed. Abdul, my driver, arrived on time, he was smartly dressed and his car immaculate. He dropped me off right outside arrivals, saving me the 10 min walk from the short stay car park. On return, he was there as soon as I came back through arrivals and carried my luggage back to the car for me. Abdul was polite and professional, a real credit to your company. Moving forward, I will definitely be using Sky Cars for all my business travel.

Where to start? The very first time I was picked up by Mehul and all boxes were ticked re expectations/requirements Punctual (arrived 5 mins early) Polite (addressed me as Mr McMullan) Presentation (wore a suit and a smile) Vehicle was spotlessly clean (as if it'd just been valeted but without the overpowering scent of 'air freshener') Helped me with my luggage AND put it in the car for me too. We had a pleasant conversation during the journey (there was no complaining as you can get from some people with their captive audience) All round absolutely outstanding! I wouldn't say I'm a regular user of cabs but I know to whom my business will be going next time. Mr M

The service I received from Airport Taxis Leicester was excellent . It was a return journey to and from Heathrow and Abdul was the driver on both occasions. The communication was very good with booking it via the office and also with Abdul . He was a punctual, calm, exemplary driver and was friendly and helpful in his manner. I had a slight delay getting through Heathrow on the way back but Abdul kept in touch and was there to meet and greet me at the appropriate moment without me worrying about the alteration in time. I was impressed by the high level of service offered by Abdul and Airport Taxis Leicester.

Organised an airport transfer from BHX while still abroad after a flight delay. It was easy to arrange the details and the driver, Milesh, was brilliant. He was there on time, lovely to chat to and ensured everybody was in their front door at each drop-off before he drove away (it was about 3am!).

Friendly and prompt drivers, with excellent communication regarding drivers and cars so there was no confusion and were very accommodating for a last minute change. Would recommend as an alternative to driving to, and parking at, East Midlands.
